YOGA NIDRA WORKSHOP 

LEARN TO RELAX AND RELEASE STRESS!  

YOUR YOGA NIDRA PRACTICE WILL BEGIN WITH A SERIES OF GENTLE RELAXING POSES AND BREATHING

EXERCISES, FOLLOWED BY A COMPLETE, TOTAL, BODY AND MIND RELAXATION. 

YOGA NIDRA IS OFTEN REFERRED TO AS “YOGIC SLEEP” SINCE YOUR BODY AND MIND FALL INTO THE

DEEPEST MOST SERENE STATE THEY CAN BE.

YOU WILL NOT ACTUALLY SLEEP…BUT YOU WILL LEAVE FEELING TOTALLY REJUVINATED, RESTED AND

WITH THE TOOLS TO CARRY THIS FEELING OF WELL BEING AND CALM INTO YOUR DAILY LIFE.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO PRACTICE YOGA NIDRA: 

YOGA MAT, IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ONE, ONE WILL BE PROVIDED FOR YOU.

BLANKET.  COMFORTABLE CLOTHING, PREFERABLY LAYERS.

But even with all the remarkable advances change still needs to happen. That’s why if you have searched for the new spring session times and dates for Sauble Beach Yoga you landed here! The Sauble Beach Yoga website is getting a fresh coat of paint…so to speak…a spring cleaning. So without further ado……

Recently, I had to change the way I usually teach yoga. I knew that I would have to do things quite differently…but I was very uncertain how to make the necessary changes and if my students would still enjoy the experience.  I do teach that change is the only constant….change is just a breath away.
